From idea to production, from production to market.
If your product isn't defined yet we research the right product for your need and budget; if it is, we start with finding the right manufacturer. Most good product ideas don't fail at any single obstacle — they lose speed across a series of small gaps. TRADIQ closes those gaps.

Most product ideas do not fail in production — they fail on the bridge to production.
Product ideas often stall because manufacturability, the right partner, cost structure, and delivery management are missing. It's not the concept that fails; it's the transition process.
TRADIQ takes ownership of that transition process from brief to delivery. Founding teams stay focused on product, positioning, and strategy while TRADIQ owns the production and operations side.
Eight steps from brief to delivery.
Each step has its own deliverable and its own checkpoint.
Relevant stages are selected per project. Control checkpoints, inspection cadence, and reporting frequency are defined in the project scope. Customs operations are coordinated with authorized customs brokers.
- 01
Product brief
Use case, target segment, competitive position, and brand frame are clarified. The brief becomes the yardstick for every decision that follows.
- 02
Manufacturer research
A manufacturer profile is built for the product. Candidates are researched by segment and first contacts are initiated.
- 03
Capability screening
Equipment, certifications, capacity, and quality systems are examined. The depth and scope of verification — including references and delivery track-record checks — are agreed with the client per project category.
- 04
Commercial comparison
Price, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms are compared side by side. The rationale for the recommendation is documented.
- 05
Samples and prototypes
Sample cycles are managed. Each revision advances against explicit acceptance criteria.
- 06
Negotiation
We negotiate on price, delivery, quality clauses, remedies, and IP protection where relevant.
- 07
Production coordination
Production planning, quality control and progress tracking. Checkpoint and reporting cadence are defined in the project scope.
- 08
Delivery and launch support
Packaging, shipping and first-mile / last-mile handoffs are planned and executed. Customs operations are coordinated with authorized customs brokers.
The manufacturing models we work with.
Different projects call for different models — the right one is decided by the project's requirements, not the vendor's preference.
OEM
Manufacturing to your design and specification. Brand, design, tooling and intellectual property ownership and usage rights are defined in writing between the parties, based on the applicable legal rights and the project agreement.
ODM
Adapting an existing manufacturer product to your brand and specification. This model may offer faster development cycles depending on the catalog match, customization scope and factory availability.
Private Label
A manufacturer's standard product supplied under your brand — designed for retailers and chains where scale and repeatability matter most.
Contract Manufacturing
A longer-term production partnership. Capacity allocation, pricing structure and scheduling arrangements are negotiated per project and order; terms are defined in the manufacturing agreement.
What you bring, what TRADIQ handles.

Product groups we evaluate on request.
We evaluate these product groups against the project brief. The depth of verification — supplier capacity, certifications, sampling, and commercial terms — is defined with the client before supplier selection.
