SOURCING FROM TÜRKİYE

Source and manufacture in Türkiye with a clear process.

For international brands, importers, distributors, and retail buyers — we plan supplier evaluation, production tracking, and export coordination with you.

APPROACH

Depending on project scope, we can run supplier evaluation, sample approval, production coordination, and export together — or run only the steps you need. Parties, scope, and decision points are agreed in writing before work begins.

PROCESS

Eight stages you can run end-to-end — or in part.

The eight steps below describe the full process we can run end-to-end. Each project selects the relevant steps — some clients ask us to run supplier research only; others engage us from brief to shipment handover. The scope is defined in the quotation.

  1. 01

    Brief and destination requirements

Your product, quantities, delivery regions, applicable regulations, quality, and packaging needs are translated into a written brief.

  2. 02

    Supplier shortlist and evaluation

Project-fit manufacturers are researched; capacity, certification path, and commercial terms inform the shortlist.

  3. 03

    Quotation comparison

Quotes are compared on a common criteria set — price, lead time, scope, and commercial terms read together.

  4. 04

Sample approval with written acceptance criteria

Sample expectations, test methods, and acceptance / rejection criteria are documented; the follow-up step is predefined if deviations arise.

  5. 05

    Production milestones

Production plan, intermediate inspection points, and reporting cadence are set up front; changes proceed through written approval.

  6. 06

Agreed QC / independent inspection coordination

Internal control or a third-party inspection path is decided with the client; findings are issued as written reports.

  7. 07

    Export documentation and freight handover

Commercial invoice, certificates of origin / circulation, packing list, and jurisdiction-specific documents are coordinated; customs operations are handled with authorized customs brokers.

  8. 08

    Issue reporting and remediation coordination

Post-arrival discrepancies / deviations are evaluated with root-cause analysis and remediation steps, all in writing.

COMMERCIAL MODELS

Scope and responsibilities.

Each engagement runs under one of two commercial models. The chosen model is confirmed in the quotation based on the product, project, and commercial structure.

01

Coordination model

TRADIQ provides research, evaluation, follow-up and reporting services — it is not the seller of the goods. Buyer, seller and the exporter / importer of record are identified in the quotation.

02

Direct-sourcing model

The direct model, where TRADIQ invoices the product within Türkiye on defined delivery terms, is set out in detail on /sourcing-import. This page carries only a short reference.

See the direct model on /sourcing-import

In an international project, the seller, exporter and importer-of-record roles are determined by a suitability assessment and finalised in the offer and contract. We do not automatically assume the overseas seller or delivery-at-destination role.

COMPLIANCE

Country- and product-specific checks run with the right specialists.

Customs operations are coordinated with authorized customs brokers; product testing and factory inspections are coordinated with qualified testing and inspection specialists where applicable. TRADIQ does not guarantee outcomes; process, criteria, and reporting are kept in writing.

  • Quantities, lead times and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation after evaluating the product, supplier and project scope.
  • Quality criteria, reporting cadence and decision responsibilities are documented in writing before production starts.
  • Exclusivity or non-compete terms, if any, are defined in the project contract.
